What store in 2024 can't you call?
I believe I lost something in Dan Murphys Lismore store and when I called their advertised 1 300 number, they direct you to their website. I found out you can only chat to someone but there was nothing I could see on my phone to contact them. When you lose something, it's important to be able to call the venue and ask if it's been found. It took two days to engage an online BOT. Not good enough Dan Murphys! I'm going to do my shopping at Liquourland now. Friendly staff at Lismore Square!
