The Phoenix Properties Are Awesome in Orange Beach Alabama!
This was our first experience renting a condo thru Brett/ Robinson Vacation Rental’s. Our two-bedroom condo was very nicely furnished including granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, updated appliances, cupboards complete with dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes, etc. upon our arrival. The views of the Gulf were so beautiful from our patio and listening to the waves at night was a real bonus as we can’t enjoy this in Nebraska. There was a broken frame on the master king bed and a very rusty patio furniture set which we brought to the attention of the staff at Brett/Robinson. During our stay, we had a few minor maintenance issues that the staff addressed immediately and we were very impressed and pleased with the quick and professional service they gave to us. Because our unit was privately owned, the staff had to contact the owners about replacing the patio furniture and fixing or replacing the bed so our six-week stay was a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Hopefully, these items will be resolved when we return next year. We loved the location of Phoenix II, all the amenities offered at The Phoenix properties and the cleanliness. All the properties are very well maintained and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. We thank the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us! We were very pleased with Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals and can’t wait to return next year.
