SCAM! Please avoid. They advertised a lower rate on their website for the nothing fancy plan and after lots of research and comparing I switched from LUMO based on the rate and then when I received my first bill I was charged a much higher rate. They will not honour the original rate advertised and going off these google reviews I suspect they are doing this to a lot of customer. It also looks like the 5 star reviews are fake. I will be reporting to the ombudsman as this is extremely unethical. Interestingly, soon after switching I saw this comparison list which has momentum as the fourth highest billed energy company. AVOID and don't be fooled by their fake reviews.
