A shambles, with light at the end of the tunnel
A gruelling experience from having a new meter installed and then 2 years lapsed, before Yorkshire Water realised it had never been registered to my house. I still received bills and paid them, but because of 2 years of leakage my bill ran into thousands of pounds. What followed was a very stressful period of dealing with the utmost incompetence and lack of communication. I was accused of being abusive, when I was really tearing my hair out. Then finally, 5 months in, there were a couple of operatives that listened and assisted in resolving the situation. A big shout out to Those operatives and the lads at Morrisons Utilities that did an excellent repair and tidy up. I've given three stars. One for the organisation and two for the operatives that showed some common sense and worked to help with my problem. I do hope that I never gave to deal with Yorkshire Water, ever again.
