If I can give them a 0 star review I would. This company committed to putting in parts for me and half way thru the job bailed on it. They spoke very unprofessional and disrespectful when I was trying to schedule it around my days off so I can be present, telling me that it wasn’t necessary for me to be there and that I would just be a “distraction”. When a company comes out to work on your property they require for someone to be present, as well as if You’re getting work done on the property typically you wanna check the work once it’s done, hear all the information, and make sure everything you agreed on was completed. When we did finally schedule a date, I ended up having to reschedule because of a no show and when the rescheduled date came they no showed again. When I called no answer for about an hour and half then they sent me a text telling me an excuse of “our truck broke down” and to reschedule. When once again trying to schedule a time for him to come out when someone was present in the home, they tell me to “Look somewhere else” and ended the conversation there. I’ve worked in customer service before so I’ve experienced and witnessed some terrible and awful service but this place just blew the dang cake away. Top tier worst places ever.
