A very unhappy customer
I got a number of emails offering upgrade deals, as my current iPhone is slowing up and the deal looked good I followed what I thought were the instructions to upgrade to and iPhone 16. I hadn't realised what I was actually doing was taking out a new contract and when I found out my number hadn't been transferred to my new phone I spent many hours dealing with chat bots and when I finally got a person I was made to feel it was all my fault and told I could either return the phone or keep the number they had given me as they do not transfer numbers internally. Clearly Idmobile/Currys didn't want to help and need to realise that older people arnt all tec savvy and sometimes need steering in the right direction.
