AutoUnion are scam artists
AutoUnion are scam artists. Our rental car had been in a prior accident and had a significant crease in the door along with countless scratches of varying degrees of severity. When we picked up the car we marked many of the significant scratches. I returned the car at the time their office was opening. Unfortunately they were not onsite so I dropped the keys into the afterhours slot. The sent me a photo of a minor scratch on the wheel and charged me 200 Euros. First, I didn't make that scratch. Second, they could buy a whole new rim for 200 Euros. They are criminals that took advantage of me not being onsite to review the car with them upon review. Avoid them at all costs.
