Mixed experience with support
The products themselves are excellent quality and innovative, but I've had inconsistent experiences with their customer service. Sometimes I get incredibly helpful representatives who go above and beyond, other times I feel like I'm getting rushed off the phone. The warranty process is straightforward though, and they honor their commitments.
