website shows items in stock when they are actually out of stock & you won't know till a week later
Placed an order online for a gift. Selected next day store delivery (which is if you order before 2pm and I did I ordered at 10:30am). Order was confirmed at the time, money went out of my account. Went to collect, no order number showing on JD account or confirmation email sent out, no trace of the order. Rang customer service turns out item was out of stock even thought it didn't show that online, so is now coming from God knows what warehouse. A week later still nothing, no email updates or online updates at least to let me know whats going on with my order. Same happened when I ordered some sandals for my son from the kiosk in store, waited nearly a week for my order to then get an email that it is out of stock but if I knew to begin with I would have just got them from the nike website...
