I was looking for a dress to wear for an Indian wedding that I was invited to. I loved the look of the dress on the Palkhi Fashion website and followed the sizing guidelines to order the size I thought would fit me best. After ordering the dress, I was immediately contacted by a service member at Palkhi fashion on WhatsApp to make sure the size that I ordered was correct. I was able to give them my exact measurement to customize to me which was perfect. I was also asked if I wanted to keep the can-can that provides the additional volume to the bottom of the dress. I honestly didn’t know, so they sent me a video of the dress and how I can remove the can-can if I don’t need it. I was very impressed with the level of attention to my order to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. I received the dress yesterday and it fit perfect and the quality of the dress was exceptional. My biggest regret was not paying the additional $20 to have the hem the dress to my height. It was an oversight on my part and I highly recommend you pay the additional money before it is shipped. I cannot recommend this company more. They truly understand the level of customer service that goes above and beyond anything I have experience with an online order. The quality of the product for the cost was well worth it. You will not regret ordering from Palkhi Fashion!
