Decent platform, some glitches with the copilot
Overall I like what Ryde is doing. The commission structure is transparent and fair, and I appreciate that the AI copilot shows real earnings data instead of the 'you could earn up to X' nonsense I've seen elsewhere. That said, twice now the copilot has shown me stale earnings projections that didn't update after I completed a trip challenge. Had to restart the app both times to get accurate numbers. Support responded within a few hours and confirmed it's a known bug being patched. Not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning for anyone relying on that data for shift planning.
