Would give a zero if I could. Requested a call 3 times, no call back. Responses to basic questions are 2-3 weeks. Running something by a manager = a plus 3 week wait. Still currently using this firm. Have just asked estate agent who recommended them to find an alternate company. After other sides Solicitor complained about the lack of response. They have zero interest in progressing your case. Avoid at all costs.
