Discriminatory Pricing & Unfair Booking Policies – Stay Away!
I had a terrible experience with Rixos Premium Seagate, Egypt due to their discriminatory pricing policy and refusal to honor my confirmed booking. I booked my stay through a reputable platform at a confirmed price. However, after making full payment, the hotel refused my reservation, claiming that the rate was only valid for UK citizens! At no point during the booking process was I informed that nationality affects pricing or booking validity. This is a clear case of discrimination and lack of transparency. Hotels should not be allowed to charge different prices based on nationality without explicit disclosure. Travelers should be treated equally, regardless of their passport! ⚠ If you are not a UK citizen, beware! The hotel may refuse your booking or charge you a higher price at check-in. A luxury hotel should uphold international hospitality standards, but Rixos Premium Seagate has lost all credibility with such unfair practices.
