Good customer support

I have not yet seen the process through to completion. Presently, I’m still waiting for my jars to complete colonization. I have had a couple of questions along the way and have been pleased with the timeliness and completeness of your answers. I know there will be more questions to come and feel reassured that I have access to your expertise. Without going into my specific issues here, I’d give you a 4-star rating just because I’m not done yet, but I bumped that up to a 5-star rating based on your responsiveness to date. I can see that you’ll be there for me if/when I need your help. Good customer support.
