Poor administration of payment process

This is the second time they have converted my €2 / month two-month trial subscription to a €10/month subscription against my wishes. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt - perhaps I had made a mistake in submitting my preferences. This time I am absolutely sure I told them both via their online contact form, AND on the phone that I wished to discontinue it. Meaning that they should have charged me €2 twice for the first 2 months (Sep 2022 and Oct 2022) and then stopped. But suddenly in November 2022 I see a €10 charge from Test Aankoop on my bank account. My advice to trial subscribers is that you disable the direct debit mandate if you wish to discontinue - otherwise they will take the money. Having screwed this up twice, they are at best incompetent, at worst dishonest. It's ironic that they are a consumer complaint forum. I wonder if they would publish a review about their own business practices - based on the reviews on Trust Pilot, they should be strongly dissuading customers from signing up with them. 08th November 2022 - my response to Test-Aankoop's reponse: I have already contacted your customer service and the lady I spoke to acknowledged having received a message from me on 25th September 2022 requesting stoppage at the end of the 2-month trial period. So I did this far earlier than the 15-day notice period you require. I expect a refund of my last (unauthorized) payment of €10.84. 10th November 2022: I demanded, and today received, a refund through my online banking platform. Thank you. I wish to be fair, and have updated the title and the rating to reflect a reasonably good product offering, unfortunately betrayed by poor administration.
