Their Customer Service is very unprofessional
Their Customer Service is very unprofessional. Despite the fact they promise on their website to refund the money for the canceled flight within 3 months maximum due to high load (which is already a lot), they did not manage to do even this. When you write to their FB support, they would simply reply that "there is lack of possibility to accelerate this process" or "there is lack of possibility to contact with the Refunds Department". The refund can be issued within minutes! The client means nothing to them, they only want to earn money. Needless to say that if I wait any longer, I might not be able to get any refund at all. And if I get a voucher instead of a refund, it is only valid for 12 months since the initial purchase. 4 months are already wasted. LOT, please work on your customer service. This is the face of the company!
