I ordered several items through your website, but the order was cancelled with the reason given as “out of stock” or “deemed unfit for sale.” However, I can clearly see that the same items are still available for purchase and can be added to the cart on your website. This situation is quite confusing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time.
