Unethical
I have been using this serum for a number of months and spent a lot of money with this company. My last delivery, on subscription, was left in the boiling hot sun for hours. The serum was hot to touch and had lightened in colour. Do you think the company will accept it as a return and replace it? Absolutely not. Dreadful customer service who have said there is nothing wrong with it, although it is stated that the serum must not get hot, So I am left with an expensive serum I have paid for which has gone off and a company who refuses to take any responsibility, I’m not sure the legalities of not being allowed to return a damaged/ faulty item? Something to look in to I think…. Needless to say, subscription is cancelled. Completely unethical
