Terrible service, abusive billing, zero accountability

I used to trust Felmo for my pets, but my last experience has destroyed that trust entirely. I booked a home visit for my dog who had torn a claw. The vet refused to perform the treatment on site, citing stress, but provided zero guidance on how we could help our dog stay calm or how to proceed. We were simply told to go to a clinic instead. The next day, another vet removed the claw easily, without sedation, for less than €80. Meanwhile, Felmo charged me €170, applying the double multiplier of the German veterinary fee regulation (GOT) – despite not having performed the main treatment. To make matters worse, they invoiced me for a medication I never requested, never used, and never consented to receiving. When I raised this with them, they refused to refund or take it back, citing legal reasons – despite the fact that I never asked for it in the first place. I raised a formal complaint. Instead of resolving the issue, Felmo: - Repeatedly dismissed my arguments with copy-paste responses - Sent me threatening reminders with increasing penalty fees - Ultimately threatened to send my case to debt collectors (Inkasso) This is deeply unethical. Their customer service shows no willingness to discuss, clarify, or even act professionally. They use intimidation tactics to push customers into paying inflated and unjustified invoices. I was a customer for years and trusted them with my animals. But this experience shows Felmo prioritizes profits over ethics, customer care, or transparency. If something goes wrong, you’ll face a wall of bureaucracy and threats. If you value fair treatment and responsible service, do yourself a favor and stay away from Felmo. There are plenty of vets who will treat your animals properly and bill you honestly.
