Misleading website that promotes flights you then cannot purchase
I have for 3 days tried to book one of their promotion offers from their website. CPH-DPS. Everything works fine with finding flights (plenty to choose from), filling in personal information, BUT then when you go to the next page, which is payment and booking confirmation, the site provides an errormessage that "confirmation is not possible, contact our customer center". But when you contact their "customer" center they are adamant that it is NOT possible to book a flight to DPS with them. ??!! WHY do you promote an offer for a flight that you can then not purchase !! and then afterwards your customer center(s) (yes, I have talked to more than one) - claims that it is not possible to book a flight via the website to DPS from CPH. Just really an overall bad experience. The website looks great though - wish the actual content lived up to the packaging. Br, Anders
