Damaged Goods - 50% refund
I order several bottles off of Fine drams which took almost a month to arrive - I know things are difficult due to Brexit so no problems there. One bottle, however, had its seal broken and clear evidence that some of the liquid had actually leaked out. I sent pictures and asked for a refund (as the website clearly states this is not a problem with damaged bottles). I was told I’d have to send the damaged bottle back to get a full refund and, after much discussion, agreed upon a 50% refund without having to send the bottle back. I’ve checked what other online retailers do when it comes to damaged goods and they all offer a full refund - I’m disappointed Fine Drams failed to do so and will use other retailers in future.
