Broke my expensive suitcase, acknowledged it, but refused to repair/pay compensation! DISHONEST! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Broke my expensive suitcase, acknowledged it, but refused to repair/pay compensation! Then they made-up excuses, which are not valid! And all that with a business class flight! VERY DISHONEST!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
