Poor Customer Care
Placed my order nearly two weeks ago and was advised my order would be delivered between 7th - 9th April - great service it would seem….sadly not! Was informed on 02/04/24 that ONE item was on back order so nothing will be getting delivered until the end of April now at the earliest. I have made countless attempts to make contact with this company via the communication avenues provided - email/facebook messenger etc in order to just change the size to a larger size and one that’s actually in stock and not a single response! Find it appalling that a large company of this size ‘conducted an internal review’ and decided NOT to have a phone contact as they respond more productively via email BUT THEN DON’T RESPOND VIA EMAIL EITHER! Hopefully an honest review will spark someone into actually responding to me! If you take someone’s money, at least have the decency to acknowledge said customer!
