Impossible to get in contact with KLMS 24/7 support. Whatsapp, Facebook, phone, email. Terrible! All you meed is an automatic response indicating you are stupid booking with KLM. I refuse to book any business travel with KLM after this. I happily pay extra to fly with a company that I can actually contact.
