STRONGLY URGE OTHERS TO DO THEIR RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM DENTAPRIME TRAPS. SAY SOMETHING ELSE AND DO SOMETHING ELSE.

( 2 of 2 ) My response to your reply of my review ; Your reply is just BULLOCKS Problems in communication comes when we listen to reply and NOT to understand. But, I am sure you do understand what I am saying. Your response to my review is saying everything but NOT what I questioned, shows, how HONEST and TRANSPARENT DENTAPRIME is. Nevertheless, I will again come "STRAIGHT" to the point. - CYCTS. Sorry, but your waffling and beating round the bush and NOT answering straight in your reply to my (1 of 2) review. I will say it AGAIN, like I said BEFORE, 4 (four) other implantologists and my personal Dentist conducted detailed diagnostic and did NOT find any Cycts. But your diagnostic says I have 8 Cycts. WHO IS RIGHT, 5 OTHER BRITISH DENTAL PROFESSIONALS OR DENTAPRIME ??? YOU DIDN'T ANSWER THIS, HOW CAN DENTAPRIME SEE 8 CYCTS WHERE AS I HAVE NONE, 5 OTHER IMPLANTOLOGIST/DENTIST COULDN'T SEE EITHER ??? You might be cheap (tell me about it!) but then you ADD on things/treatments which are not needed. This is NOT HONESTY and GOOD PRACTICE. Luckily I INVESTIGATED your dental plan. - SMOKING. Dentaprime have changed approach on Smoking in this response. Atleast in this response Dentaprime is admitting they advise smoking is possible after treatment ( that's because I asked for the transcript of the calls to be published ). Regardless, in REALITY there is A CATCH. Even your Guarantee says clearly that, Guarantee will void if the patient smokes. But, Dentaprime supporting/encouraging people to continue smoking after the treatment, so later Dentaprime have an excuse not to uphold guarantee because clients have been smoking (upon Dentaprime advise) and charge people MORE for aftercare. WHAT more can I say on CLEVERNESS and ETHICS of Dentaprime. - COST. Dentaprime says, "we are committed to clear and honest communication regarding pricing and treatment details". I say, "those who say it, don't do it and those who do it, don't need to say it". WHY WOULD I QUESTION THEN ? THINK! And then, the moment I raise concerns Dentaprime only reply was "file closed". WHO RUNS ? LOL! Dentaprime also says, "different clinics may have varying diagnoses and pricing structures based on their protocols, technology, and treatment approaches". 5 Other Local British Dental Implant Centres that I approached charging £25 - 35K will have low level/FALSE diagnosis and if not equal then better technology and treatment approaches then Dentaprime ??? And all the 5 implantologists COULDN'T FIND ANY CYCTS in diagnosis, BUT DENTAPRIME SAW 5 CYCTS, HOW & WHERE? Not forgetting who's aftercare will be better. Your reply talks about everything else, but the TOPIC. HOW TRANSPARENT, SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT Dentaprime is. - REFUND. In your previous RESPONSE to my review, just for the sake of readers (the Public/Trustpilot) your mentioning REFUND and portraying that you will give me back my deposit and I should contact Dentaprime, but in actual your sending me DM that I will NOT get my refund. How DECEITFUL ! This shows/proves that, in public your different and in actual-personal-dealings your DUPLICITOUS NATURE EVIDENTLY SURFACES - ALSO, In your response you have not mentioned anything regarding WHY Dentaprime staff called and gave me different (HIGHER) prices to the ones I had already agreed during my Dental plan appointment in person ? You advertise something else but in actual it's something else. It's like BAIT-AND SWITCH. So manupilating. Just replying for the sake of it to cover up your NONSENSES. People can read between lines. I URGE Others to do their research and investigate thoroughly, as my findings let down Dentaprime. There are many DOUBTS about Dentaprime and this is coming from a Person who have lived more then half a century of life. In short ; "Dentaprime's blatant exploitation and reckless disregard for patient welfare are appalling. Their fabricated diagnoses and coercive treatment plans are a gross betrayal of trust. It's staggering that they expect patients to blindly accept their 'expertise' despite glaring discrepancies with other professionals. Their price gouging and deceitful refund policies are a shameless cash grab. Dentaprime's corporate dishonesty is matched only by their arrogance in refusing to address legitimate concerns. To potential victims, I warn: Dentaprime's business model seems designed to deceive and exploit. Protect yourself by avoiding them altogether. Their reputation will continue to unravel as more people expose their deceit." PS ; Your response will be EVERYTHING ELSE but the TOPIC, If any
