The worse service ever
The worse service ever. Blocked my card for no reason. And I tried to do something via text or phone call but they said that only via mail. But on mail they answered one in week at the beginning but after stop answering at all. So I loose my money which I payed for one month of using there service. Not recommend to anyone I got answer on my review, at least some answer somewhere. Yes I use Lycamobile in Sweden but a main office in UK that was a best way to get answer. I still waiting for mail from that person who called me after this review. He said that will continue my boundl for 16 days which I been blocked but I also pretend for getting back not used GB which been payed for that same 16 days it's 1.6 GB. Waiting for your mail and solving my problem Just yesterday finally I got back for free my bondl which I could not used because been blocked for no reason. Problem started 3 of May and it's took almost one month to solve it. Because they almost never answered on mail
