I was skeptical of the AI catalog claim so I timed it. I uploaded 34 menu item photos at 9:47 AM. By 9:51 AM I had a fully structured catalog with item names, portion descriptions, and suggested price fields. It correctly identified that my 'half tray' and 'full tray' were size variants of the same dish and grouped them. That's genuinely impressive.
