Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I was making my booking online for the 9/9, and for some reason the website "lacked" and ended up resetting the information I had entered. Unfortunately, I didn't discover that until I had to check in and the lady behind the counter informed me. As I said, the website had reset what I had entered and changed the date to 6/12 (which was the standard date when you entered the site) EVEN THOUGH the booking took place at the beginning of September?? When I was informed of the booking date, she subsequently assured me, that I would get a refund for my purchase, and that the money would be in my account after a few days. So I booked another room for the correct date at the counter and expected that would be it.. I received an email saying they could not refund the other booking as promised. I responded and was having a hard time understandig why they refused to help or do anything at all.. The costumer service was very rude and was at no help at all. I'm not coming back.. However, I will say that the rooms were good, but not so good that I would end up paying what I did.. My reservation for december still stands, and the room will be empty and they will be happy, I guess...
