NO SUCH THING AS AN EASY RETURN PROCESS AT THIS PLACE
They do take a bit longer to deliver the item, but that doesn’t bother me too much. HOWEVER, when you try and return an item it’s such a headache. They keep offering me options for discounts and partial refund for keeping the item - now why would I want to keep a costume that doesn’t fit me? I’m on email exchange 4 and still nowhere nearer to getting my refund.
