Annoying that pricing/payment
Annoying that pricing/payment, start dates etc not available online, should be available so a quicker decision can be made whether to use this service or another. You have to wait for a call then drag the cost out of the person calling you. Being upfront and transparent is encouraged these days and more efficient for the people looking for information.
