Buying tickets to a professional soccer game in Brazil
Being from the USA, I didn’t know a lot about Brazilian soccer, but I had heard enough to know that I wanted to attend a game while I was there. FTA helped me in English, connected with me multiple times about game times, helped me find the section of seats for my team, and walked me through the complicated facial recognition system that they use in Brazil. They even sent me very specific game day instructions to make sure I knew where the stadium was, and where to enter for my section. Everyone was so helpful with buying tickets!
