Not fit for purpose.
Orderd a complete set up for a tortoise, it was not fit for purpose the lights were inadequate, the table is too small and the accessories kit that comes with it is totally useless as you don't need half the stuff that's in it. They gave me a refund once it was back with them but had the cheek to charge me £14.99 to return it. Poor customer service as totally ignoring my emails which is very rude and no way to run a business.
