Wonderful handling of unexpected circumstances
I gave Gills a complex time with this order, due to falling behind on clearing of site access for the delivery, calling to rearrange date during a weekend, and having to reject the attempted delivery when that agreed rearrangement didn't filter through to all partners, but Zoe handled the whole thing very cheerfully and professionally. Absolutely wonderful!
