They allowed me to get completely screwed by a listing that was misleading and then when I had to cancel my booking, after the non-refundable period, I wasn’t allowed to leave a review. I literally cancelled because I was being scammed, and then they tell me I can’t review which protects these scamming POS. Never using booking.com again, they care about their “partners” not the customers.
