Horrible experience
Van booked for 9.30am, turned up at 12.30pm. Could not contact anyone, no communication from them. When we needed to leave they hadn't collected the van at the arranged time, we waited 3 hours and tried making contact by online form, email and phone to no avail. We had a 4 hour drive home and had to leave the van at the house we'd moved out of, in a private bay, and leave the keys with someone nearby! They turned up two days later! Took a security deposit that hasn't been returned after four weeks. I've put hours and hours of time into trying to make contact/get my deposit back with no luck
