IMO TOS a complete fraud.
I tried to purchase tickets for David Wrights NYMHOF number retirement game on Saturday July 19th. The tickets were very expensive but my daughter really wanted to go so I spent the money. The second I submitted the CC info my card was charged but the screen showed my sale wasn’t complete and had a timer counting down for 10min. I also was shocked to find that the game they were charging the same price for was not the day I was looking to go. I immediately called customer service and was on hold for 6min. Had just a min or so to cancel the transaction according to the timer but instead the service rep said all sales were final. They refused to listen to me even though it was for different date, time, should have been a much lower price and that the timer screen showed my tickets order wasn’t placed yet. Needless to say I filed a dispute with Tickets on sale, and my CC company. I never even got my ticket to my MLB app. Or any notification for it from the app. Now today July 26 I get notified that TOS could not verify with the seller my issue so they closed the case. I will take this to the limit and let you know of any updates.
