Awaiting empty barrels collection since 6 July 21
Re: Molson Coors Account No: 3204508 I have been in touch with Molson Coors for the collection of 9 empty beer kegs, since 6th of July. Every week I contact Molson Coors, who arrange collection for the following week, but on the designated dates, Trade Team never shows up to collect the kegs. The last time I was told the kegs were supposed to be collected was on Friday, 6th of August, but obviously, no one showed up to collect them. I have never experienced such bad and unprofessional customer service. I am really disappointed with Molson Coors. Beer barrels are not something we can't dispose of them ourselves - scrapyards do not accept them, and the only option is to keep chasing Molson Coors & Trade Team begging for a collection. To make the situation worse, as explained several times by phone and email, the Hotel is closed and the building has been sold. The new landlord is now putting daily pressure on us to have the kegs removed. The building is never unattended, and if the gates are "closed" a simple call - as instructed on the gates, and someone will open and facilitate access for the kegs to be removed. Can someone please take care of this situation and make sure the kegs are collected? Kind regards
