Can someone help me to move providers ?
The service has been great but its time to leave. Recently got a steam deck and noticed the speeds are no longer up to the job. We also cannot connect to the Xbox Dayz servers. It works fine on mobile tethering with my handset provider so its clearly an issue with Home Telecom. Question is how do i move to another provider ? As from September 2024 it's the new providers responsibility to inform Home Telecom. Only problem is the drop down lists on Uswitch do not show Home Telecom as a provider. They seem to be a very obscure outfit. I don't have much details on the company either as i was just handed over to them by Cuckoo broadband. The price increase in April is also part of my decision. £33.00 Is a lot of money for 77mbs and I can get a 5g contract for £30 or under now. I kind of feel like I am trapped with them at the minute. Please Advise. Thanks
