Were very dismissive and unhelpful. Asked for help but didn’t want to bother too much. I heard such good things and that they had it all, but found more help at Coin Save. Don’t know what it was about me, middle aged Māori fella, but they weren’t interested. Won’t go back after that experience. My wife is using her account, but it’s my words. Horace Thompson.
