I’m glad I joined Carda Health, there’s no cure for COPD but I enjoy my sessions. My body is not used to a routine of exercise but I feel better after. The coaches are very supportive and helpful during workouts. The best part is my Physiologist Justy Van Vliet . She is great at her job, very knowledgeable and caring about the patients. ‘‘Tis the season and I’m greatful to have her on my team. I look forward to seeing her three times a week. I would recommend Carda Health to anyone who wants to better themselves by exercising and reading all the information that is available on your personal profile. Thank you so very much and I look forward to completing the program .
