No tests offered in 4 months despite clearly coming up. Totally useless - do not waste your money. We just had to wait and do the test 40 miles from home. Just to be clear - in response to this review, the company suggested that I email them. However, I emailed the company before posting the review to ask for a refund as I understand there may be reasons for not offering tests and wanted to give them an opportunity to refund my money. They informed me that since I emailed to request a refund 60 days after my account was set up, they could/would not refund my money. Since tests are only available 5 months in advance the company refund policy means you can never get a refund if you wait until the test date to see if you can get a different test.
