Account cancelled with zero warning
My account was cancelled at anniversary with no warning - auto renew did not happen as the payment card account was no longer in use. Instead of contacting me to rectify this before it became an issue the account was locked with no login access to my account to review & revise the subscription. I have moved on to a new provider
