Excellent customer service! They were very helpful with sizing and exchanging in a very timely manner to prep for Ironman. The wetsuit was great quality. I ended up purchasing it because I liked it so much. I highly recommend wetsuitrental.com for triathletes getting into the sport and not quite ready to commit to buying a wetsuit.
