CARDA'S PROGRAM IMPROVED MY DAILY LIFE DRAMATICALLY
I have end-stage COPD My pulmonologist recommended through a hospital rehab location. I was extremely concerned about exercising in a room filled with 30 to 40 people risking contagion of viruses/flu, etc. CARDA offered an in-home, but interactive solution. I've completed a 36 session program and I feel significantly stronger with better balance. As a result, I'm out of breath less frequently. In addition, feeling better and more in control encourages me to engage in outside-the-home activities and social engagements. CARDA's on-line therapists are extremely helpful, putting my needs and questions upfront while most often meeting them. All have offered their contact info noting that I could contact them anytime, not just during the PT sessions. I've enthusiastically offered my very positive experience to my Pulmonary doctor. Im looking forward to starting my second 36 session program.
