hidden cost neo tourism
we have booked with neo tourism for the past three times of travelling over the last 9 months. The first time was great with no problems at all. The second time we occurred extra cost at airport but did not complain. Finally last week we arrived at airport to find we had hidden cost again at the check in and when we mentioned to our rep at Neo tourism that we dealt with on booking, the rep was not helpful and said i cannot help you. Basically cut us off. Be carful of hidden cost make sure you have all your ducks in lines.
