5 stars! I came to London and was recommended to use "Raj" Kapoor's services. Raj was a godsend. Airport pick up and return for both me and my girlfriend. He took me to secure groceries and waited. I became very ill during my stay in London and called Raj for purposes of recommending a good emergency hospital. I did not seek to trouble him to drive out on a late evening and knew I could Uber. I just wanted a Londoner's recommendation of which A & E Hospital to go to. Raj dropped everything and drove out to me to ensure I was ok and get me to the treatment I needed. Raj Kapoor is more than a superlative professional; he is an honorable and compassionate man. In a new place I had never visited before, London, Raj exemplified not only professionalism in his trade --- but humanity as well. There are a thousand or more drivers in London; there is only 1 Raj Kapoor. I will reserve his services again when I return to London 1 day. - Gary Carpenter
