Price increase used on estimate.
They increased their price by 15% and applied this to an estimated volume . Surely this is not legal. No request for a meter reading prior to price change. No doubt their estimated pre increase volume would have been lower than we used and the 15% charged on a higher volume than it should have been. They now bill me and tell me we are using more water ?? It's based on an estimate ! My energy company e mails me every month requesting meter readings. If they can do that why can't Anglia ? No competition and too busy pumping sewage into our rivers. Anglia customer service based in Lancing W. Sussex not Anglia. Says it all.
