Worst support there is
I purchased a VooPoo Argus Pro in Oct. 2022. The shipping was fine, but the pod to the device was defective. I noticed that the pod would be empty each day and refill the next day. Lately I noticed that the vape juice was running down the side. I called support and they told me to make sure that the vent to the device is closed as it was most likely leaking from there. I did that dilled the pod half full because I wasn't going to waste more juice. Still the juice was draining fast. I called again a few days later to see what can be done and was told that it is possibly the vape juice. Told them that that wasn't it as my other vapes use the same juice with the same coil. They FINALLY concluded to send the pod back to them and I pay for the shipping with an RMA number. I told them to forget it as I will switch the pod from my other device back and forth since they sent me a defective pod. I have been a customer of theirs for years now but that was the last straw! How this company can be ranked the top ten .... I don't know.
