NO REFUND WHAT EVER
Good service and food on the plane but if somethings goes wrong like they give you a less seat and you pay more (what my parents had on 18/09/24 OR my flight 6 hours to late on 23/10/24 . You can never join them for a refund!!! almost scam Horrible that makes the country look Bad. Maybe better to book with a travel agent and spent money on an Insurance .
