From the perspective of a senior IT/database professional
The software is a good fit for consumers with the least bit of technical understanding. It is mostly pre-configured, easy to schedule, and understand what it’s doing and when it does it. As for more/ advanced technical/IT users it is a a fantastic alternative to software like Acronis’ home/personal offerings because they offer a whopping 5TB of cloud storage for N number of machines. This amount of storage for the price is unheard of! My only constructive criticism is that the drive (aka c:\), full drive imaging, and server type backups should be an option within the standard backup setup screen and not stand-alone main menu items at the bottom. I have been in IT for 25 years and always focused my on systems and data management.
